These Terms of Use apply to EasyCut: Video Toolkit and this website. By using EasyCut, you agree to use the app responsibly and only with media you have the right to edit.

Use of the App
EasyCut provides tools for editing videos and photos, including trimming, cropping, compressing, merging, muting, reversing, adding watermarks, adding text overlays, creating photo videos, and blurring faces.
Your Content
You keep ownership of the videos, photos, text, images, and other content you use with EasyCut. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to edit, export, share, or save that content.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use EasyCut to create, edit, or distribute content that violates applicable laws, infringes someone else's rights, or harms others.
No Subscription
EasyCut does not include an in-app subscription flow. If pricing or purchase options change in a future version, they will be presented through Apple's App Store purchase system.
Results and Exports
EasyCut aims to make everyday editing reliable, but export results can vary depending on source media, device condition, storage space, and system behavior. You should review exported files before sharing or deleting originals.
